You are impacting 4,980 youth!
Over the last 4 weeks our teams in Nepal, Philippines and Kenya have been traveling and serving incredible young leaders through our trainings. They have been to various areas in their countries and have trained over 249 youth leaders, who from our estimates will be impacting 4,980 youth per year.
All of this happens due to your prayers and support. Thank you for continuing to walk with us all at GYMN in your support and prayers to insure our teams can continue to minister globally.

“Very helpful for me and the NBC[National Baptist Church] team. This will help us and encourage us to do what God wants us to do.” ~Virgilia Lonte, Youth Adviser, National Baptist Church, Level 1, Cag. de Oro, Philippines

“I was so blessed to learn how young people thinks and how we have to make a programs that will meet their physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs. I was challenged to hear that most of our Church programs only covers to meet their spiritual needs. Thank you GYMN!” – Krishma Tamang, Level 2, Letang, Nepal

“The seminar was very encouraging, very refreshing. It reminded me to focus on God, on His will, not just on the ministry…” – Jo Ann Marie Arpilleda, Level 2, Malaybalay, Philippines

“All the contents in the training were so practical but the most I like is writing a purpose statement to lead a purpose driven youth ministry and to make goals based on that purpose statement.” – Arjun Nepali, Level 1, Itahari, Nepal
Highlights from Chris’ Bangladesh and Philippines Trip
1. Worked with key leaders from 7 different countries…each one committed to reach and disciple young people in their country! (GYMN has now had participants from 49 different countries worldwide!)
2. One leader from Bhutan traveled 24 hours each way to be in the trainings and discuss future ministry plans with us.
3. Our partners, trainers and staff in the Philippines came up with several new and creative initiatives that they committed to work on in order to fulfill the Great Commission through GYMN.
4. I was able to travel literally around the globe! Amazing the adventures that God gives us all who serve him!
Thank you to everyone who supports and/or prays for our ministry around the globe.
Jaimashi – A Letter from Nepal
Here’s a letter from a youth leader in the Philippines now serving the Lord far from home. This was written to encourage students who took our training this summer but I hope it encourages you as well.
“Jaimashi!!!! Greetings in Jesus Name all the way from Nepal!
I am Bennette Tamang. I am involved in discipleship training and community development ministry here in Nepal. I would like to tell you how I became a missionary and how I got here.
Nine years ago I was sitting in your seat [at a GYMN training] expecting what’s going to happen and what these people are going to teach. I took my Level 1 GYMN training in 2003 in Baguio City, [Philippines]. That time I was not even the youth president of our church, but I was there to see Baguio City for the first time [to sightsee].
It was after the first session when I realized that God planned everything for me to be there. I received God’s calling in my life during the seminar. I felt the spotlight of God was upon me that time. Then after 2 years, I finished my college degree and became the youth president in our church. And then, GYMN asked me to be one of their staff. I worked in GYMN as administration staff plus trainer for almost 8 years. It was through GYMN that God gave me the heart for missions. And it was through GYMN that I met a handsome and Godly man [Sam], who is my husband now [that I met while on mission in Nepal]. God trained me in GYMN to be able to accomplish His purpose in my life here in Nepal.
Many marvelous things have happened to me since the first day of the GYMN training I’ve attended. In short…I just want to encourage you that God is doing marvelous things in your life right now. I am sure that it’s going to be beyond who you are. If it comes from God, it’s got to be BIG!”
Living the ‘one life’ God has given me,

Leaders Speak About Recent Training in Manila, Philippines!
There is nothing better than seeing pictures of those who receive our trainings and to hear the testimonies of those who have received the trainings we offer as well. In Manila (Quezon City), Philippines, the GYMN-Asia team recently completed a training of 33 youth leaders (27 in Level 1 and 6 in our Level 2) trainings. How important it is to equip and send leaders so that the Gospel is heard!
“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” – Romans 10:14-15
Leaders usually impact at least 20 youth per year, so the impact from this training should be over 600 youth impacted in this area of the globe.
Thank you for praying for and supporting these great young leaders!
“…It emphasizes strategies and plans on how to minister [to] the youth in line with God’s Word…I attended a lot of leadership trainings when I was in high school and college but the GYMN seminar made a lot of impact on me.” – Ruby Lucilla
“The seminar got us to think strategically and aligned [us] with the biblical process. Giving priority to the family and gives us a greater burden to play our part in the great commission.” - Abigail Felix
“It gives me a clear view of God’s direction. It reveals God’s purpose for my life. I understood what and where God call is for me and it gave answers to my confused mind regarding my calling.” – Jonah VC. Bonafe
